The Max Meditation(TM) System was developed by Dr. Gudni Gudnason Ph.D. after traveling the world for over 35 years exploring the phenomena of the mind and receiving a degree in NLP and Psychology in Europe.  A complementary blend of ancient methods learned from prominent teachers in India and Tibet, this system is designed to truly teach you how to get the most out of your meditation practice. The Max Meditation (TM) System is based on five components of practice: Relaxation, Passive Meditation, Active Meditation, Guided Meditation, and Soothing Down.
